cloudDBapplianceEuropean Cloud In-Memory Database Appliance with Predictable Performance for Critical Applications

CloudDBAappliance project was motivated by the business need to move enterprise critical application on the Cloud in order to take benefits of its business models, and the business need to exploit near real-time analysis over operational data (IoT, internet…)  in order to enhance the services offered to final customers. CloudDBAppliance has created an European Cloud appliance prototype designed to support Hybrid Transactional/Analytical Processing (HTAP), to enable Enterprise critical application to run on the Cloud and to ensure mainframe class quality of service in terms of predictable performance and resilience (High availability).  5 use cases, in banking, retail and telco, were implemented to validate and evaluate the added values of this prototype.
