With the PrEstoCloud software the project has yielded a dynamic and distributed software architecture for a platform that manages cloud and fog resources proactively. Based on the PrEstoCloud platform the European project team validated the progress and benefits of this new approach within three different use cases: wide-area video and audio surveillance, logistics, and mobile journalism.
